Terms and Conditions of Myanmar GoalMyanmar Goal ဘောလုံး အက်ပလီကေးရှင်းဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို အသုံးပြုသူများ လိုက်နာရန် စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများ

I.  SERVICE

Subscribers of the Myanmar Goal service need to use the service according to our Terms of Use. Your continued use of the service constitutes your agreement to the Terms, which we may update from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Use at any time, and Myanmar Goal reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently. But Myanmar Goal and/ or participating Mobile Operators will not have any responsibility for that. Myanmar Goal service and/ or participating Mobile Operators and their members will not have any responsibility for any loss or damage to your welfare (including your personal data and cash) directly or indirectly (OR) unable to get Myanmar Goal service due to your carelessness while getting Myanmar Goal service by registration. Detailed Terms of Use are as follows.              

1.      Registration to be a member

We may require you to register or otherwise provide information about yourself in order to use the Myanmar Goal service or certain of its functionalities. You agree to provide current, true, accurate, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service. You consent and agree that Myanmar Goal may access, preserve and disclose your user data provided during registration if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to provide the Service to you and to respond to your request for customer service, comply with legal process, enforce the Terms, respond to claims that any description violates the rights of third parties and to send the information about the Service to you. By registering for the Myanmar Goal service, you accept and agree to be sent all information in the form of SMS and SMS link concerned with this Service.

2.      Service Fee

It will cost for each package to use the Myanmar Goal service. If you would like to watch video content, read articles, and play quizzes, you need to subscribe to the following packages first:

·        Daily: 149 MMK

·        Weekly: 989 MMK

·        Monthly: 2,999 MMK

You may purchase and use any available package.

Additional quiz attempts may be purchased at 500 MMK per attempt.

After subscription, you can access football news content and participate in the Football Quiz Program.

Charges will be deducted automatically from your phone bill or mobile wallet based on the selected payment method.

For daily charging, the frequency is daily charging with a 365-day package. The validity period of a Subscription-type Service is 365 days.

If you have insufficient balance, you will not be charged. If payment is not charged for any reason, you will not be able to use the Service on that day.

Charging and use of the service will resume when you have a sufficient balance.

There is no retroactive charging of payment. You will not be charged for days when payment is not charged for any reason.

The Subscription will be automatically terminated if payment is not charged for 90 consecutive days from the day you have confirmed the Subscription and been charged.

If you are a prepaid user, we will deduct the service fee from your prepaid phone bill. If you are a post-paid user, the relevant mobile operator will calculate and collect the service fee when you pay for your phone bill. These service fees are only for watching video content, reading articles, and playing quizzes, and streaming video content will be cost further data charges.

Please note that all charges include 5% Commercial Tax.

You are responsible for the actions of any third party with whom you are sharing your mobile internet, including, but not limited to, Subscription to the Service.

These Terms are valid until you unsubscribe or until the Service is automatically terminated pursuant to these Terms.

3.      Billing

You agree and accept us to charge you a subscription fee from your selected payment method. And you also agree to pay for necessary taxes. Daily subscription fee of 149 kyats will start billing to your phone bill, and it will be auto-renewed every day if you have subscribed to the service. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Any price changes to your service will take effect with an SMS notice to you by Myanmar Goal. Payments are nonrefundable, and Myanmar Goal does not commit to providing refunds or credits for any reason. If you subscribe to a daily or weekly subscription, your Myanmar Goal subscription will continue in effect on a day-to-day basis unless and until you cancel your subscription or we terminate it.

If anyone else, not you or any organization that you know or not, is using your phone (OR) using your SIM Card (OR) using a SIM Card registered with your personal information have subscribed to the Myanmar Goal service, we will bill the subscription fee and any applicable quiz fees to your selected payment method. 

  1. Service

You have to pay the subscription fee fully to use Myanmar Goal Service and can watch video content, read articles, and listen to audio content. You agree to use this service to stream video content, to read articles, and to play the quiz for your personal enjoyment/ use only.

You agree not to archive, download (other than through caching necessary for personal use), reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, broadcast, deliver, produce, copy, modify, transmit, perform, publish, store in not allowable devices, share by not allowable ways, and create derivative works from, or offer for sale. You also agree that we can make advanced tests and watch films, Videos, Series, and other information. Myanmar Goal reserves the right to make advanced testing, watching, cancelling, and terminating subscription to the content in Myanmar Goal at its sole discretion. 

5. Unsubscription/ Cancellation

If you would like to unsubscribe from our service, you can unsubscribe by sending OFF to 8212 (MPT users only) or unsubscribe through the Myanmar Goal app.

You agree that Myanmar Goal may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account and/ or access to the Service and/ or billing for no reason, without notice. You acknowledge and agree that under no circumstances will Myanmar Goal be liable to you or any third party in any suspension, termination, cancellation, or un-subscription.

6.      Devices

You can use our service via smartphones and tablets that can connect to the internet. You only take responsibility for installing, browsing, and/ or using our service via your devices. Even if you cannot use our service, even if you have already subscribed to our service due to the underperformance of your devices, or if your devices are not compatible with our lowest specifications, you still need to pay the service fee. Thus, you may need to check whether your devices support using Myanmar Goal or not. Myanmar Goal will not take responsibility if you cannot use our service due to using underperforming or incompatible devices. The quality of the display of the streaming video content may vary from device to device (depending on where you are streaming Myanmar Goal from), and may be affected by a bunch of factors, such as your location, the bandwidth available, and/ or the speed of your internet connection. To use the Myanmar Goal service, you need to subscribe to our service as per our statement of the lowest devices and software specifications occasionally. We will not take responsibility for the problems or issues due to devices and software that are not compatible with our lowest specification.

7.      Sending Notifications

By using the Myanmar Goal service, you agree to receive notifications sent from our service and/ or to get a contact to your registered phone number from the Myanmar Goal service. We may notify you about service updates, new plans, promotion plans, or collect user survey data via Myanmar Goal App, SMS, or other ways of communication. Moreover, you agree to receive notifications of payment bills for watching videos, agreements, statements, announcements, and other information sent by Myanmar Goal. We may provide the means for you to submit information, data, text, software, sound, photographs, graphics, videos, messages, tags, or other materials to the Myanmar Goal service. You are solely responsible for any description that you submit during the registration process and the consequences of submitting it. 

8.      Restrictions 

You don’t have the right to use the Myanmar Goal service for commercial purposes. Myanmar Goal service is for your personal and non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, transfer, or sell for any commercial purposes any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service. You agree not to archive, download (other than through caching necessary for personal use), reproduce, distribute, display, publish, broadcast, deliver, produce, copy, modify, transmit, perform, publish, store in not allowable device, share by not allowable way, and create derivative works from, or offer for sale. If you breach our restrictions, you will be taken legal action by the current Myanmar laws, and you will have to take responsibility for all consequences and loss of the Myanmar Goal service. You agree to use the Myanmar Goal service as per these Terms of Use.

You agree not to access the service (1) by any means other than through the interface that is provided by Myanmar Goal for use in accessing the service, (2) through any automated means (including the use of any Robot, Spider, Scraper, Script or Web Crawler) or (3) by forging or manipulating identifiers to disguise the origin of any access to the service, (4) by using any software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any Myanmar Goal service, (5) by uploading, posting, writing e-mail or using any software viruses by the intention of interfere with Myanmar Goal service.

 You should not make an effort to increase the view rate of the content owners provide for the Myanmar Goal service unfairly, with the intention of raising income for the content owners. If we inquire and find such a case, we will cancel those unfair view rates or view counts.

You have to use the Myanmar Goal service within our Terms of Use and restrictions. You agree to use the Myanmar Goal service without breaching or breaking our Terms of Use, restrictions, rules, and regulations, and beyond our limitations. And you are not allowed to use Myanmar Goal Service’s social media pages, such as the Facebook page, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, and Web Page, without the permission of Myanmar Goal Service.

9.      Intellectual Property Rights

The term Myanmar Goal and all of the trademarks used in Myanmar Goal service (including the name of Myanmar Goal and other trademarks), logos, business names, and service names are the exclusive trademarks of and are owned by Myanmar Goal, Myanmar Goal’s business partners, and other related companies. Any third-party trademarks or service marks displayed on the service are the property of their respective owners. The chance we gave to you for using our service does not include the right to use those trademarks, logos, business names, and service names. You will have the right to use those chances only when you have the legal authorization letter of Myanmar Goal service, its suppliers, and its business partners. You don’t have the right to use it for referring to the Myanmar Goal service or anything else. 

10.   Liability Disclaimer

In no event shall Myanmar Goal, Mobile Operators, their members, staffs, representatives, business partners, owners of copyright or patent be liable to you or any third party for breaking the Terms of Use, any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of, or inability to use, the service or any information, software, products, services, third party dealings, or description obtained or accessed through the service, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise. You acknowledge and agree to take sole responsibility and take action for all cases. 

11.   Declaration

The above Terms of Use are legal. We require that you acknowledge and agree to all of these Terms of Use by using, visiting, or browsing the Myanmar Goal service. It will be your sole responsibility to use the Myanmar Goal service without reading our Terms of Use. 

12.   Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All of the above Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Myanmar, and you agree to consent to the jurisdiction of the competent Myanmar Courts.

Myanmar Goal ဘောလုံး အက်ပလီကေးရှင်း ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို ရယူအသုံးပြုသူများအနေဖြင့် Myanmar Goal မှ ထုတ်ပြန်ထားသော စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများကို ဖတ်ရှုနားလည်သိရှိထားရန် လိုအပ်ပါသည်။ Myanmar Goal ဘောလုံး အက်ပလီကေးရှင်းကို အသုံးပြုခြင်းအားဖြင့် သင်သည် စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများကို သဘောတူလက်ခံပြီးဖြစ်ကြောင်း အတည်ပြုပါသည်။ Myanmar Goal ဘောလုံးအက်ပလီကေးရှင်း ဝန်ဆောင်မှုအနေဖြင့် ဤဝန်ဆောင်မှုနှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ သုံးစွဲသူများထံ ကြိုတင်အသိပေး၍ဖြစ်စေ၊ ကြိုတင်အသိမပေးဘဲဖြစ်စေ လိုအပ်သလိုပြင်ဆင်မွမ်းမံခြင်း (သို့မဟုတ်) ရပ်ဆိုင်းခြင်းများ ပြုလုပ်နိုင်မည် ဖြစ်သည်။ ဤအတွက်လည်း Myanmar Goal ဘောလုံးအက်ပလီကေးရှင်း ဝန်ဆောင်မှုတွင် တာဝန်ရှိမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။ ဤဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို မှတ်ပုံတင်၍ ရယူရာတွင် သင်၏ပေါ့လျော့မှု တစ်စုံတစ်ရာကြောင့် တိုက်ရိုက်သော်လည်းကောင်း၊ သွယ်ဝိုက်၍သော်လည်းကောင်း၊ သင်၏ကိုယ်ရေးကိုယ်တာ အချက်အလက်များနှင့် ငွေကြေးအပါအဝင် အကျိုးစီးပွားထိခိုက်မှုဖြစ်ပေါ်လာပါက (သို့မဟုတ်) ဝန်ဆောင်မှုရယူရန် မတတ်သာပါက Myanmar Goal ဘောလုံးအက်ပလီကေးရှင်း ဝန်ဆောင်မှု၏အဖွဲ့ဝင်တို့ထံတွင် တစ်စုံတစ်ရာ တာဝန်ရှိမည် မဟုတ်ပါ။ Myanmar Goal ဘောလုံး အက်ပလီကေးရှင်းဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို အသုံးပြုရန်အတွက် စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်း အသေးစိတ်မှာ အောက်ပါအတိုင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၁။ အဖွဲ့ဝင်အဖြစ် မှတ်ပုံတင်ခြင်း

Myanmar Goal ဘောလုံး အက်ပလီကေးရှင်း ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရန်အတွက် Myanmar Goal ဝန်ဆောင်မှုတွင် အဖွဲ့ဝင်ထားရန် လိုအပ်သည်။ အဖွဲ့ဝင်အဖြစ် မှတ်ပုံတင်ရာတွင် တောင်းခံသည့် လိုအပ်သော အချက်အလက်များကို သင့်အနေဖြင့် လတ်တလောဖြစ်သော၊ တိကျမှန်ကန်သော၊ ပြည့်စုံမှုရှိသော အချက်အလက်များကို ဖြည့်သွင်းရမည်။ သင့်အားဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးရန်နှင့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ သင်၏တောင်းဆိုမှုများကို ပြန်လည်တုံ့ပြန်ပေးရန်၊ ဥပဒေကြောင်းအရ လုပ်ဆောင်ရန်ကိစ္စများ ရှိလာသည့်အခါ အသုံးပြုရန်၊ စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများ အကျိုးသက်ရောက်မှုရှိစေရန်၊ Myanmar Goal ဘောလုံး အက်ပလီကေးရှင်း ဝန်ဆောင်မှုနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ အခြားဖြစ်ပေါ်လာသောကိစ္စအ၀၀ကို ဖြေရှင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရန်၊ ဤဝန်ဆောင်မှုနှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် သတင်းအချက်အလက်များကို ပေးပို့ဆက်သွယ်ရန် လိုအပ်သောကြောင့် ဤဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို အသုံးပြုရန် မှတ်ပုံတင်စဉ်က ဖြည့်သွင်းခဲ့သော သင်၏အချက်အလက်များကို Myanmar Goal ဘောလုံးအက်ပလီကေးရှင်း ဝန်ဆောင်မှုမှ ဝင်ရောက်ကြည့်ရှုခြင်း၊ ထိန်းသိမ်းမှုပြုလုပ်ခြင်း၊ အများသိအောင် ကြေညာခြင်းတို့ ပြုလုပ်ရန် သင့်အနေဖြင့် သဘောတူလက်ခံမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ Myanmar Goal ဘောလုံး အက်ပလီကေးရှင်း ဝန်ဆောင်မှုတွင် သင်၏ဖုန်းနံပါတ်ဖြင့် မှတ်ပုံတင် လိုက်ခြင်းသည် ဤဝန်ဆောင်မှုနှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် အကြောင်းအရာများအားလုံးကို သင်၏ မိုဘိုင်းလ်ဖုန်းထံသို့ SMS စာတိုများနှင့် SMS Link များ ပေးပို့မည်ကို သိရှိလက်ခံသဘောတူရာ ရောက်သည်။

၂။ ဝန်ဆောင်ခ

Myanmar Goal ဘောလုံးအက်ပလီကေးရှင်းအတွက် ဝန်ဆောင်ခအမျိုးအစားများမှာ တစ်ရက်လျှင် ၁၄၉ ကျပ်၊ တစ်ပတ်လျှင် ၉၈၉ ကျပ်၊ တစ်လလျှင် ၂၉၉၉ ကျပ်ဖြင့် မိမိကြိုက်နှစ်သက်ရာ ဝန်ဆောင်ခများ ဝယ်ယူ၍ အသုံးပြုရမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ ဝယ်ယူပြီးပါက Myanmar Goal က နေ့စဉ်တင်ဆက် ပေးနေတဲ့ စိတ်ဝင်စားဖွယ် ဘောလုံးသတင်းအချက်အလက်များကို အချိန်နှင့်တပြေးညီ လွယ်ကူစွာ ကြည့်ရှုနိုင်သည့်အပြင်၊ ဘောလုံးနှင့်ပတ်သက်သော အသိပညာဗဟုသုတများ၊ ဝေဖန်ပိုင်းခြားနိုင်မှု အရည်အသွေးများနှင့် စိတ်အားထက်သန်မှု များကို ဖော်ပြနိုင်မည့် “ဉာဏ်စမ်းဖြေဆိုခြင်း” အစီအစဉ် (Football Quiz Program) တွင် ကိုယ်တိုင်ပါဝင်နိုင်မည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ဉာဏ်စမ်းများ ထပ်မံဖြေဆိုလိုပါကလည်း ဉာဏ်စမ်း တစ်ကြိမ်ဖြေဆိုခွင့်အတွက် ၅၀၀ ကျပ်ဖြင့် ဝယ်ယူပြီး စိတ်ကြိုက်ဖြေဆိုနိုင်ပါသည်။  

ဤဝန်ဆောင်မှုအတွက် ဝန်ဆောင်ခကို လူကြီးမင်း အတည်ပြု ရွေးချယ်ထားသည့် နေ့စဉ်/ အပတ်စဉ် /လစဉ် ငွေပေးချေမှုစနစ်ဖြင့် ရွေးချယ်အသုံးပြုမှုများအလိုက် ဝန်ဆောင်ခကျသင့်ငွေကို လူကြီးမင်း၏ ဖုန်းဘေလ် သို့မဟုတ် Mobile Wallet ထဲမှ အပြည့်အ၀ ကောက်ခံရန်ကို သဘောတူ လက်ခံသည် ဖြစ်သည်။ နေ့စဉ်ဝန်ဆောင်မှုအတွက် နေ့စဉ်ကြေး ၁၄၉ ကျပ်ကို အဖွဲ့ဝင်ဖြစ်သည့်နေ့မှစတင်၍ နေ့စဉ် အလိုအလျောက်သက်တမ်းတိုး ကောက်ခံသွားမည် ဖြစ်သည်။ ဤဝန်ဆောင်မှုအတွက် ငွေပေးချေမှု ပုံစံမှာ ကြိုတင်ငွေပေးချေပြီး ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို အသုံးပြုရသည့် စနစ်ဖြစ်သည်။ လိုအပ်သော အခွန်အခများကိုလည်း သင့်အနေဖြင့် ပေးဆောင်ရန် သဘောတူပါသည်။

Myanmar Goal ဝန်ဆောင်ခနှုန်းထားများကို  ကြိုတင်အကြောင်းကြားခြင်း မရှိဘဲ အချိန်မရွေး ပြောင်းလဲခွင့်ရှိသည်။ ဈေးနှုန်းအပြောင်းအလဲရှိပါက သင့်ထံသို့ SMS၊ Email သို့မဟုတ် Public Channel မှတဆင့် အကြောင်းကြားစာ ပေးပို့သွားမည် ဖြစ်သည်။ Myanmar Goal အနေဖြင့် မည်သည့် အကြောင်းကြောင်းကြောင့်နှင့်မျှ ကောက်ခံပြီးသား ဝန်ဆောင်ခများကို ပြန်လည်ပေးအပ်မည် မဟုတ်ပါ။ သင့်အနေဖြင့် Myanmar Goal ဝန်ဆောင်မှုမှ အဖွဲ့ဝင်အဖြစ် မပယ်ဖျက်မခြင်း (သို့မဟုတ်) Myanmar Goal ဝန်ဆောင်မှုမှ သင့်အား အဖွဲ့ဝင်အဖြစ်မှ မပယ်မဖျက်မခြင်း ဝန်ဆောင်ခကောက်ခံမှုဟာ အကျုံးဝင်နေမည် ဖြစ်သည်။

လူကြီးမင်း၏ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုရယူထားခြင်းအတွက် အခါအားလျော်စွာ အသိပေးစာတိုပေးပို့ပေးမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ လူကြီးမင်းအနေဖြင့် Myanmar Goal ဘောလုံးအက်ပလီကေးရှင်း ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို ဆက်လက် အသုံးပြုလိုပါက သတ်မှတ်ထားသောဝန်ဆောင်ခ အမျိုးအစားများထဲမှ မိမိကြိုက်နှစ်သက်ရာကို ထပ်မံဝယ်ယူ၍ အသုံးပြုနိုင်မည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

ဤဝန်ဆောင်ခများသည် Myanmar Goal ဘောလုံးအက်ပလီကေးရှင်း ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို အသုံးပြု၍ ဘောလုံးဉာဏ်စမ်း မေးခွန်းများ ဖြေဆိုခြင်း၊ နေ့စဉ်ဘောလုံးသတင်းများ၊ သုံးသပ်ချက်များ၊ ဆောင်းပါးများ၊ ဘောလုံး ကျွမ်းကျင်သူများရဲ့ Talk Show များကို ကြည့်ရှုခွင့်အတွက် သက်သက်ကျသင့်ငွေဖြစ်ပြီး အင်တာနက်မှတဆင့် တိုက်ရိုက်ကြည့်ရှုခြင်း၊ တိုက်ရိုက်ဖတ်ရှုခြင်းများအတွက် အင်တာနက် ဒေတာဖိုး ထပ်မံကျသင့်မည် ဖြစ်သည်။

လူကြီးမင်း၏ အကြောင်းအရာအား ရှာဖွေမှုပြုခြင်းနှင့် ဒေါင်းလုတ်လုပ်ခြင်းအတွက် ဒေတာအဖိုးအခ ကျသင့်ပါမည်။ ကောက်ခံမှုအားလုံးတွင် ကုန်သွယ်ခွန် ၅% ပါဝင်မည်ကို သတိပြုပါ။

ဝန်ဆောင်မှုအတွက် စာရင်းပေးသုံးစွဲခြင်းအပါအဝင် ၎င်းချည်းသာဟုကန့်သတ်မထားဘဲ လူကြီးမင်း၏ မိုဘိုင်းအင်တာနက်ကို မျှဝေသုံးစွဲသည့် တတိယပုဂ္ဂိုလ်တစ်ဦးဦး၏ ပြုမူဆောင်ရွက်ချက်အတွက် လူကြီးမင်းတွင် တာဝန်ရှိပါသည်။

အဆိုပါ စည်းကမ်းချက်များသည် လူကြီးမင်းအနေဖြင့် စာရင်းပေး သုံးစွဲမှုကိုရပ်တန့်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် အဆိုပါ စည်းကမ်းချက်များအရ ဝန်ဆောင်မှု အလိုအလျောက် ရပ်စဲခြင်း အချိန်ထိ တရားဝင် တည်ရှိမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
